My Mom's Recipe
Like many, my mom has been an inspiration in various fields but one that I am the most proud of is her culinary skills. My mom has never attended a culinary school or attended any sorts of training. Her love for cooking comes from her love for her kids and family. She believes in simple, healthy yet tasty food. Among her multiple tasty and healthy dishes, fish curry with soup is the one which stands out the most. It is simple, healthy and delicious.
The ingredients required are mostly nothing fancy and readily available in our kitchen. It takes 20-30 minute of your time. It's a perfect dish for people who likes to work less inside kitchen and who wants to have a watering meal. Also can be a great menu for festive times.
